Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Germany, Denmark, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, and other selected countries. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (often within 1 business day). During peak seasons or for large orders, processing times may vary slightly, but we will do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery

All orders are currently shipped directly from Japan via Japan Post, providing reliable international delivery to destinations worldwide.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local postal services. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a value of approximately USD $150 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency) qualify for free standard shipping.

For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee of approximately USD $28 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency) will apply. Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country, package weight, and available shipping services.

The final shipping cost will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

1. United States (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP)

For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are calculated and collected at checkout. Your order will be shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning no additional customs charges are due upon delivery.

2. All Other Countries (Delivered Duty Unpaid – DDU)

Orders shipped outside the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, and any other applicable taxes are not included in the checkout total and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges, if applicable, will be collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier before or at the time of delivery.
