The artwork is by renowned wildlife illustrator Masayuki Yabuuchi, who has been part of Suntory’s bird conservation campaign since 1973. Each bird illustration captures life and movement, adding a lively, heartwarming touch to any setting.
Made from natural solid white oak, every coaster is one of a kind, bearing unique wood grain patterns, occasional nail marks, or whisky stains—subtle reminders of its storied past in whisky aging. Finished with a durable urethane coating, this coaster is both a functional and collectible piece of Japanese craftsmanship.
