Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Germany, Denmark, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, and other selected countries. We are continuously expanding our shipping destinations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact our online support team or reach out to us via email.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (often within 1 business day). During peak seasons or for large orders, processing times may vary slightly, but we will do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods & Fees

1. Shipping Methods & Speed We utilize a multi-channel logistics network to provide the most efficient delivery based on your location:
DHL Express: Our fastest option, typically arriving within 3 business days after dispatch.
EMS (Japan Post): Reliable international priority mail for global coverage.
Dedicated Line (Local Last-Mile): For specific regions, we use specialized lines where goods are cleared through customs and then handed over to your local premier couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or national postal services) for final delivery.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $150 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) qualify for free shipping.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $150 USD, a flat shipping fee of $32 USD will be applied at checkout.
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order weight and destination and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Standard Shipping (Delivered Duty Unpaid - DDU)
All orders are shipped directly from Japan via Japan Post on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
Please note that we do not collect any import duties, taxes, or VAT at checkout. The total price paid at the time of purchase does not include potential local charges in your country.
Customer Responsibility
Any import duties, taxes (such as VAT, GST, or HST), and customs fees are determined by your local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer before or upon delivery.
How it works:
Once your package reaches its destination country, your local postal service or customs office will contact you if any payment is required. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates and regulations before placing your order.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind. If your items arrive damaged during transit, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and contact us as soon as possible. We will offer either a replacement or a refund for the damaged items.
