The Blade

The serrated AUS-8 molybdenum stainless steel blade is heat-treated to HRC 57 for long-lasting sharpness and strong corrosion resistance. At just 1.6mm thick and 150g, the knife is remarkably light for its 300mm length — reducing fatigue through extended slicing work. Beyond bread, the serrated edge handles tomatoes, cucumbers, melons, and cured meats with the same effortless control.

Craftsmanship

Every knife is hand-inspected by Misono's team in Seki City before leaving the workshop. The full-tang pakkawood handle with stainless steel bolster provides a secure, well-balanced grip that complements the knife's lightweight build.
